Our Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may alter, update, suspend or discontinue Our Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee that Our Site will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We will not be liable if Our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

  1. INFORMATION ON OUR SITE

The Content on Our Site is provided for general information purposes only. It is not intended to constitute professional, financial, legal, technical or other advice on which you should rely.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice before taking or refraining from taking action based on information obtained through Our Site or at one of Our Events.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Content is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date.

Event details, speakers, venues, topics, schedules and availability may change. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to affected Participants.

  1. APPLICATIONS, MEMBERSHIP AND EVENT ATTENDANCE

Submitting an application, enquiry or registration form does not guarantee membership, acceptance, an invitation or attendance at an Event.

We may review applications to determine whether a proposed Participant is suitable for a particular meeting, Event, membership group or audience.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline an application;
  • Request additional information;
  • Limit the number of Participants;
  • Amend an Event’s format, subject, venue, date or time;
  • Cancel or postpone an Event;
  • Refuse entry where reasonably necessary; or
  • Remove a Participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unlawful, unsafe or inappropriate.

Where separate booking, sponsorship, partnership, membership or Event-specific terms are provided, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and Event-specific terms, the Event-specific terms will apply to the extent of that conflict.

You must ensure that any information submitted to Us is complete, accurate and current. You must not impersonate another person or submit an application on someone else’s behalf without authority.

  1. EVENT CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONDUCT

Our Events may involve confidential or commercially sensitive discussions.

Participants must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other attendees. Information shared by another Participant must not be published, recorded, attributed or disclosed outside the Event without that person’s permission.

Unless We expressly state otherwise, you must not photograph, film, record or livestream an Event or publish details identifying another Participant’s attendance.

You must behave professionally and respectfully towards other Participants, speakers, venue staff and members of Our team.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, unauthorised solicitation and unlawful conduct are not permitted.

We may refuse admission or remove a Participant where We reasonably believe these requirements have been breached.

Nothing in this section prevents a person from making a disclosure required by law or reporting unlawful conduct to an appropriate authority.
