Join a Trusted Circle of Healthcare Leaders
Take part in invitation-only events where senior NHS and healthcare leaders can exchange honest insight, explore practical ways forward and build valuable relationships with peers who understand the pressures and responsibilities of leading care.
Your Place in the Conversation
Leading healthcare means making complex decisions under pressure while never losing sight of the patients, colleagues and communities affected by them.
SMART MEETINGS® Healthcare creates a trusted space where senior leaders can step beyond organisational boundaries, speak openly with relevant peers and explore practical responses to shared challenges.
Every invitation-only event is carefully curated around the people in the room, with places intentionally limited to protect the quality, relevance and openness of the conversation.
Why Attend?
Your time away from patients, teams and services must be worthwhile. Every SMART MEETINGS® Healthcare event is designed with that responsibility in mind.
Relevant Peer Connections
Meet senior healthcare leaders facing comparable clinical, operational, financial and system-wide decisions.
Honest Conversation
Take part in a discreet and constructive environment where leaders can speak openly about the realities behind the issues.
Practical Insight
Explore experiences, ideas and approaches that can help inform decisions within your own organisation or system.
Respected Contributors
Hear from respected clinical, operational and healthcare leaders with relevant experience rather than theory alone.
Broader Perspective
Step beyond organisational boundaries to understand how peers across trusts, systems and services are approaching shared challenges.
Lasting Relationships
Build professional connections with people who understand both the pressure and responsibility of senior healthcare leadership.

Submitting a request does not automatically confirm attendance. Places are carefully allocated according to seniority, relevance to the event theme, availability and the balance of the peer group.
All hospitality is offered transparently and without obligation. Attendees remain responsible for obtaining any internal approval required and following their organisation’s hospitality, conflicts of interest and procurement policies.
Participation may be declined or restricted where an active procurement process could create a perceived conflict. Personal information is handled responsibly and is never shared with an event partner without clear consent.
Requesting a Place Is Simple
1. Register Your Interest
Send us your name, role, organisation and contact details so we can understand where you sit within the healthcare leadership community.
2. Tell Us Your Interests
Let us know the healthcare themes, challenges or event formats most closely aligned with your responsibilities.
3. Application Review
Our team reviews your details against the event subject, intended audience, seniority requirements and available places.
4. Receive Your Invitation
If a forthcoming event is relevant and a place is available, we will contact you personally with confirmation and the complete event details.
Is attendance genuinely complimentary?
Yes. Approved NHS and public healthcare leaders can attend without paying a delegate fee. Your invitation will clearly explain what is included.
Does requesting an invitation guarantee a place?
No. Places are limited and every request is reviewed according to seniority, role relevance, the event theme, availability and the required balance of the peer group.
Can healthcare suppliers attend as delegates?
No. Delegate places are reserved for serving healthcare leaders. Commercial organisations participate only through an agreed SMART MEETINGS® event partnership.
Will my details be shared with the event partner?
Not without your clear consent. Personal information is handled responsibly and any agreed sharing of attendee information is consent-based.
Do I need approval from my organisation?
You are responsible for obtaining any internal approval required and complying with your organisation’s hospitality, conflicts and procurement policies.
What happens if my organisation is involved in an active procurement process?
Participation may be restricted or declined where attendance could create, or reasonably be perceived to create, a conflict.
What information will I need to provide?
We will normally ask for your name, organisation, job title, contact information and areas of professional responsibility or interest.
Can I recommend a colleague?
Yes. You are welcome to suggest another senior healthcare leader, although their attendance will still be subject to the normal invitation process.
What happens after I request an invitation?
The SMART MEETINGS® team will review your details and contact you personally if a suitable forthcoming event and place are available.
