SMART MEETINGS® was created by three people united by a shared belief: events should deliver far more than a full room—they should create genuine value for everyone involved.

Managing Director Dan Grogan brings more than 30 years’ experience delivering world-leading events, alongside CEO Ollie Stevens, an international events veteran, and Healthcare Director Gary King, a globally respected leader in healthcare events.

Having worked together across the industry for more than 20 years, they share a deep understanding of what makes an event truly meaningful—and an enduring love for bringing people together.

SMART MEETINGS was born from a desire to break the mould: to create events led by integrity, shaped around their audiences and measured by the relationships, insight and genuine return they deliver. What began with highly personalised leadership forums has evolved into a growing international portfolio of dinners, conferences and exhibitions—without ever losing the care, purpose and personal approach on which the company was founded.
